Dal 7 al 14 Marzo si è svolto il Corso di Formazione “Inclusion in Mobility Projects” organizzato da Associazione di Promozione Sociale Joint e ospitato dall’Ostello di Parco Monte Barro, nella loro bellissima location di Galbiate, in Italia.
Alla luce dell’accreditamento Erasmus Plus di 3 anni ottenuto da Associazione Joint per sviluppare una strategia finalizzata all’inclusione e all’empowerment dei giovani con le minori opportunità sociali ed economiche nei progetti di mobilità europea, il training è stato il primo step verso il raggiungimento di 3 obiettivi:
- Reclutare i giovani con minori opportunità, creando anche reti locali di enti che lavorino direttamente con loro;
- Formare gli operatori giovanili attivi nel campo della mobilità internazionale a lavorare con i giovani con minori opportunità e formare gli educatori a lavorare in progetti di mobilità internazionale;
- Creare attività standard di preparazione e follow-up per rispondere alle esigenze di questo target.
Inclusion in Mobility Projects
L’obiettivo del Corso di Formazione “Inclusion in Mobility Projects” è stato formare i partecipanti nella prospettiva di coinvolgerli eventualmente negli Scambi Giovanili finanziati dal programma Erasmus+ e organizzati da Associazione Joint e dalla sua rete di partners durante il 2023 e negli anni successivi. Questi progetti coinvolgeranno infatti giovani partecipanti vulnerabili e altamente vulnerabili, con difficoltà economiche e sociali.
Durante il corso, le priorità sono state:
- Formare i group leaders sull’inclusione e sulle strategie per sostenere i partecipanti con minori opportunità prima, durante e dopo un’esperienza di scambio giovanile;
- Co-progettare gli scambi giovanili che saranno ospitati da Associazione Joint nel 2023 e che saranno incentrati sull’inclusione;
- Stringere accordi di cooperazione con organizzazioni attive nel campo della mobilità giovanile.

“In Galbiate, Italy. I represented the Prienai Young Maltesers group and the Prienai Prienai Primary School.The aim of my participation was to find partners for the youth exchange and to be a youth leader in the future exchanges. In this exchange we plan to involve the best members of the Prienai Young Maltesers group and the best students of the Islauz school. 22 participants.10 countries – Portugal, Lithuania, Finland, Serbia, Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Italy, and Denmark. We learnt how to communicate with the most vulnerable young people and involve them in mobility projects. Contacts were made for future youth exchanges. I am glad that the administration of the Islauz School supports my desire to learn and develop. And above that church is a 15th century church.
